If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@fink.store, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that if your order has already been processed at the warehouse, we unfortunately cannot stop the shipment.
If you wish to modify your order, you can only remove items. Adding new items isn't possible, as the total payment cannot exceed the approved amount. Once your order has been processed, no further changes can be made.
You are purchasing from our webshop as a private consumer. Since we operate on a B2C (business-to-consumer) model, not a B2B (business-to-business) model, VAT is required on all purchases. Under the OSS (One-Stop-Shop) procedure, the applicable VAT rate is based on the country where the purchase is made.

If you need to report a problem with a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at info@fink.store. We will assist you and work on finding a solution as quickly as possible.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer. In some cases, we can arrange a collection at the standard shipping cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received at the warehouse, the refund process will begin. During busy periods, this may take a few days. As soon as the process is completed, you will receive an email confirmation and a refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
